The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of a mindfulness-based agro-healing program targeting high-risk groups for stress. Research participants were recruited in connection with the University Student Counseling Center, and a total of 12 sessions were conducted twice a week for 120 minutes or longer, targeting 11 experimental groups and 11 comparative groups. To verify the effectiveness, an experimental-comparison group pre-post comparison design model was established. As a result, the stress, depression, and anxiety of the program participants were significantly reduced, and self-efficacy was improved. In comparison between the experimental group and the control group, stress, depression, and anxiety were statistically significantly reduced in the experimental group compared to the control group, and self-efficacy was significantly improved. The results of this study mean that the mindfulness-based healing agriculture program is effective in improving the mental health of high-stress risk groups and can be used as a mental health promotion program in the field of community mental health and agro-healing.
